• Simple Client Configuration will need to be completed by the customer as per steps given. Active subscribers can view the steps here › (remote session from OEG is also available for this, free)
• Application speed will depend on your hardware and network speed
• EBS version currently deployed is 12.2.13
• If you need a specific version for EBS like 12.2.8 or 12.2.7 etc, please check with the sales team of OEG (applicable only for Group Sharing plan)
• Remote access needs to be provided for remote session if requested by the customer
• All copyrights of Oracle EBS Software Application are vested in Oracle Corporation
• We do not provide Oracle EBS licenses. Anyone looking to procure Oracle licenses should procure the same from Oracle Corporation
• The EBS Instance can be used for Self Learning purposes only. Use for Production / Commercial or any other purpose is prohibited.
• Please note, this service does not grant you any Oracle EBS licenses.
• Purchaser should comply with Terms and Conditions of Oracle Corporation regarding EBS Vision Instance usage.
• It is not the responsibility of OEG to troubleshoot or resolve issues within the standard instance. If there are issues within the instance that make the instance difficult to use, a fresh instance will be deployed
• Instance credentials should not be shared with anyone

Refresh Schedule

• Password Refresh: Weekly or at any other time
• Instance Refresh: Monthly (at month end date +/- 2 days – see example below) – (previous configurations and data will be lost when the instance is refreshed)
• Exceptional Instance Refresh: Any time without notice, if instance has accumulated issues (previous configurations and data will be lost when the instance is refreshed)

Refresh Example

• If the month has 31 days, the refresh may occur on one of these days: 29th, 30th, 31st of the same month or 1st or 2nd of the subsequent month (in exceptional cases, it might be preponed or postponed)
