Why is Implementation Project Needed?
Setup and Maintenance work area allows you to access all the tasks of all the modules. So why is implementation project needed? Implementation project provides the following functionalities which are not available in the setup and maintenance work area
1. Task Assignment: This functionality allows you to:
- Assign a task to desired users
- Set a due date to each task / each user who has been assigned a task
To use this functionality, go to your implementation project. Select the task you want to assign and click the “Assign Tasks” button.
2. Status Tracking: You can set the status of each task to the following options and you can add notes to each task
- Not Started
- In Progress
- Completed
- Execution Frozen
- Completed with Errors
To use this functionality, go to your implementation project. Select the task you want to assign and click the “Edit Status” button.
3. Freedom to choose tasks / offerings: You can add / remove any task / task list / offering in your implementation project as per your requirement.
To use this functionality, go to your implementation project, click “+” to add any task / task list / offerings. To remove a task, select the relevant task and click “x”.
